PRODUCT RETURNS – RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of online shopping, it is possible that the final recipient's expectations are not met by the product of his choice, due to the lack of physical contact with the item to be purchased.

Pursuant to Law 2251/1994 (as amended by KYA Z1-891/2013), you have the right to withdraw without reason from the distance sale exclusively within a period of 14 calendar days, from the date of receipt of the product, by returning the product in question to the original his condition.

Products are returned at the customer’s expense and once the product is received together with the retail receipt or invoice, and inspected, any monies owed to the customer will be refunded to the customer in the manner in which such payment was made by the customer, unless otherwise agreed with him. The refund obligation will be fulfilled without undue delay within a reasonable period of time. In case of purchase with invoice, the return must be accompanied by a delivery note.

The products are sent packaged in such a condition that they do not suffer damage. Upon receipt of your package, please check its condition and if possible open it while the courier is at your place in order to determine possible damages. If there is any damage, the package must be returned to the carrier and the products sent to you again. Our company bears no responsibility for damage to the package or contents after receiving the package.

The right of withdrawal from Article 4 § 10 of Law 2251/1994 does not apply:

In cases where the products have been used.

In cases where the delivered products have been unsealed from their packaging.

In cases where the delivered products are not suitable for return once unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons.

In cases of supply of goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

In the cases of supply of goods which can be damaged or expire soon.

Order cancellation

If you wish, you can cancel your order, free of charge, provided that the products have not been shipped from our store.

To cancel your order, you should contact us at 210 7001364 or send us an e-mail at [email protected], which will include your name and order code and indicate the buyer's intention to cancel the order.

In the event that the order has left the store, you will be charged for shipping. If the amount has already been deposited either into a bank account or via credit card, we will refund you the amount less any bank charges within a reasonable time, without fault or undue delay.

Payment methods

Shipments are made throughout Greece to the address you have indicated to us during your order and the products will be delivered within 2-3 working days. Orders are shipped with ACS COURIER.

For orders over €30, shipping costs are free.

For orders below €30, the shipping cost is €2

You can pay for your order in the following ways:

  1. With Cash on Delivery, upon delivery of the products by the transport company. The additional fee amounts to (two) €2 (Does not apply to hard-to-reach areas). Transactions over €500 are not
    allowed to be carried out in cash, therefore it is not possible to choose cash on delivery in this case.
  2. By depositing into a bank account via credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, to the following account:

    To serve you better, please provide the bank with your Name and Order Number as stated in
    the confirmation e-mail.
    If the deposit is not made within 3 working days, the order is automatically cancelled
  3. With online payment through the PayPal service.
  4. Cash or by debiting your credit card, upon receipt of your order from the store.
