Sometimes the nights are short, sometimes very long. Sometimes it brings worries, but it always brings a new morning.

Apps (adults only)

1. Apply 1 hour before bedtime
2. Remove the film and apply the patch to clean, dry, hair-free skin. Best body parts: outer shoulder, inner forearm, back of leg, shoulder blade, lower back or thigh. Change body parts for better results.
3. Use them consistently, for at least 14 nights. Results and reactions vary from person to person.
4. Remove the patch in the morning after waking up.
