The red ELEMENTS® series was made out of necessityof smokers for a medium-weight, slow-burning, chemical- and chlorine-free cigarette paper made from hemp. Elements cigarettes burn leaving zero ash, except for a very small thin line of residue caused by the natural Acacia gum, which turns into caramel when burned.
